How do I place an order?
Simply click onto the item you'd like to buy, select the size/colour/variant and click the Add To Cart button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart screen from where you can choose to continue shopping or Proceed To Checkout to complete your order. If you click Proceed To Checkout you will be taken to our secure checkout page where you'll be asked to fill in your address, delivery and payment details. Once you’re happy your details are correct click Place Order Now to complete the checkout process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Electron and PayPal. Unfortunately we don’t accept cheques, postal orders, banker’s drafts or cash.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch with us immediately and we will do our best to cancel it before despatch. If we receive your cancellation request after the item has been despatched, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure (see below).
Is my order secure?
Yes! We take online security very seriously, using the latest technology to ensure the safe processing of orders. We use 128 bit secure SSL technology which ensures your personal and payment details are encrypted before they are sent to us, thereby preventing outsiders from obtaining any personal data.
How much is delivery?
Delivery of Canvases, Framed Art Prints and iPhone Cases is free to the UK! Delivery of all other products depends on location and will be calculated at Checkout.
Please note shipping charges for orders outside of the European Union do not include any applicable import duties or taxes. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer, and must be paid separately at the time of delivery. We advise customers contact their local customs office for more information before ordering.
How long will my order take to process?
Most of our products are produced to order at one of our fulfilment centres in the UK and delivered to you quite literally, hot off the press. This is why some products take a little longer to ship - but it's also the reason why we are able to stock such a diverse range of designs.
Please note, the following estimated delivery times can be affected by postal delays, force majeure and other factors beyond our control, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you’re in the UK please allow at least 14 days before getting in touch with us regarding late deliveries. If you’re ordering from outside of the UK please allow at least 28 days before getting in touch regarding late deliveries as orders can sometimes be held up at customs.

We take great care in making sure each product arrives to you in perfect condition. However should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the goods are unworn/unused and in resalable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund delivery charges.
How do I return unwanted items?
To help us process your return, please include in your package either your order confirmation email or invoice containing the unique order reference number. Make sure your item is securely packaged and post it to:

You'll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery, and retain proof of postage in case your item goes missing on its way back to us (please note: until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility)
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time. You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and then place a new order for an alternate item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
For small value items such as clothing and iPhone cases, send your returns as above, enclosing your details along with a covering note explaining the fault.
Your item will be checked, and where a fault is found, we'll refund your reasonable return postage costs.
For bulky, high value items such as large prints, canvases and framed prints, please get in touch with us first and we’ll advise you how to proceed.
We'll refund your item via your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 days of receipt, although during busy periods this may take a little longer. When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
